smart ready to was designed to ease urban living for busy smart owners. With just a few clicks, you can schedule an on-site refuel or cleaning via the smart ready to app. 

There's no need to be present during your service. You'll receive text messages updating your vehicle's status from start to finish. 

Our service works best when your smart will be the in same place for a few hours– schedule a wash during the work day or a refuel when you're occupied at home. We can service your car in a public parking lot or even on the street.

how to schedule


scheduling restrictions

Car washes are available from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. For a same-day wash, order before 1:00 pm.

Our refuel windows are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

You can use the smart ready to app to book weekday services at any time. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding weekends and holidays. If you have a question outside our support hours, send an email to and we'll have an answer for you the next business day. 


locating your vehicle

Please be as specific as possible when setting your vehicle's location. Use the search bar to find the address where your smart is parked and drag the map to adjust the marker if necessary. Click "set location" to progress to the time selection screen.

If we need a gate code or further instructions to find your vehicle, please leave us a message in the notes section of the review screen. If you need to move your vehicle for any reason, text your new location to our support line at (628) 600-3230.
